1. MY BUILDING MUST PASS THE technical building inspection ?
The Technical technical building inspection of is mandatory when one of the following assumptions is met:

2.WHEN SHOULD MY I BUILD THE technical building inspection?
The deadlines established by the Generalitat de Catalunya to pass the Technical Inspection vary depending on the age of the building and are summarized in the following table.

3.WHAT OBLIGATIONS DO I HAVE AS THE OWNER OF A HOUSING BUILDING?
As owner of a residential building , and in relation to the conservation and maintenance of the same, the current rules will oblige to:
Preserve and rehabilitate the properties to keep them in good condition.
Order the completion of the Technical Inspection of the Building .
To order the necessary rehabilitation or repair works , in the event that the technical building inspection so determines .
In the case of buildings on horizontal property technical building inspection (several owners), the obligations listed fall on the community of owners.
4. When should it be done?
The first inspection is carried out the year after the property turns 40; the second and subsequent, every 10 years from the date of the previous one.
5. WHAT IS THE TECHNICAL INSPECTION OF BUILDINGS?
