located on the junction of the roads linking the Southern Vales,
Hahndorf and Strathalbyn, the Meadows was established in 1856 to
service the needs of travellers between these towns and of course
the local farming community. Today, in addition to the front and
saloon bars, the Meadows has excellent gaming and bottle shop facilities
and a spacious dining room.
